Cold Work
The importance of good workmanship
in cold installations cannot be understated. Orbital
Insulation employ skilled Thermal Insulation Engineers
trained in all aspects of insulation work. We insulate
Ammonia Pipe work, Surge Drums, Packaged Units, Glycol
Pipe work, and Cold Air.
Duct Work
We have a great deal of experience
working within a Nuclear Plant, where our customers
demand the very highest standards of hygiene and quality
of workmanship.
Hot Work
We regularly carry out the insulation
of Pipe work on thermal fluid (Hot oil) systems associated
with Process Applications. We insulate Steam Pipe
work, Water Tube Boilers, Flue Gas Ductwork, Thermal
Oxidiser Systems, Jacketed Process Pipe work, and
Building Services Pipe work
Sheet Metal
Orbital Insulation operates its own in-house fabrication
workshop, where skilled sheet metal workers undertake
the fabrication of metal cladding.
We have extensive experience in this area and have
an excellent reputation for the quality of work produced.
We keep in stock various types of cladding materials
including Aluminium, Aluzink, Bright Annealed Stainless
Steel, and PVC coated steels. This creates quick delivery
times, ensuring that the demands of our customers
are met.
